ComplianceKit is a subscription software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by NYRVEX DIGITAL (PTY) LTD. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you retain full access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle.
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once a paid period begins, the terms above apply.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer. Consumers in the EU, UK, and similar jurisdictions may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. Where you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately and it is fully performed, that right of withdrawal may no longer apply, to the extent permitted by law.
